Located in Seattle’s sought-after Laurelhurst neighborhood, this thoughtfully designed infill community brought five modern residences to a quiet residential setting known for its tree-lined streets, established character, and close proximity to parks and everyday amenities. Designed by B9 Architects, the collection included three single-family homes and two attached townhomes, each designed to balance modern living with the surrounding neighborhood context.
The homes ranged from approximately 1,843 to 2,229 square feet and featured a variety of floor plans with 3 to 4 bedrooms and up to 3.5 bathrooms. Two of the detached homes included single-car garages, while the remaining residences offered dedicated off-street parking.
Inside, the homes featured contemporary finishes, premium Bosch kitchen appliance packages, and LG washer and dryer sets, combining functionality with a clean, modern aesthetic.
Positioned near Laurelhurst Park, University of Washington, Magnuson Park, and University Village, the project offered convenient access to some of northeast Seattle’s most established destinations while maintaining the quieter feel of a residential neighborhood.
