Maple Grove

Maple Grove was a six-home townhome community located in Seattle’s Crown Hill neighborhood, designed to bring modern, functional living to one of northwest Seattle’s established residential areas. Designed by Julian Weber Architects, the project paired contemporary architecture with thoughtful outdoor spaces and practical layouts tailored for urban living.

The homes ranged from approximately 1,575 to 1,728 square feet and featured three-bedroom floor plans with up to 3.25 bathrooms. Each residence included a private rooftop deck, extending the living space outdoors and creating additional room for entertaining, relaxing, and taking in views of the surrounding neighborhood and Seattle skyline.

The community offered a mix of parking solutions, with four homes featuring private garages and two homes including dedicated pad parking. Outdoor spaces varied throughout the project, with the front-facing homes featuring landscaped front gardens and the rear homes offering private backyard areas.

Located in Seattle’s Crown Hill neighborhood, Maple Grove provided convenient access to nearby parks, local dining, neighborhood retail, and major commuter routes while maintaining the quieter character that defines the area.
