Capitol Pines

Capitol Pines is a five-home community located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, designed to bring modern residential living to one of the city’s most vibrant and connected urban areas. Designed in collaboration with Cone Architecture, the project included a mix of two townhomes and three detached single-family residences, unified through a clean, contemporary architectural approach focused on efficiency, functionality, and livability.

The homes ranged from approximately 1,625 to 1,786 square feet and each featured 3-bedroom, 1.75-bathroom layouts designed to maximize flexibility across multiple levels. Interior finishes included custom Abodian cabinetry, Bosch kitchen appliance packages, and open-concept living spaces that balanced modern design with everyday practicality.

The floor plans were thoughtfully organized, with secondary bedrooms and a bathroom located on the lower level, main living spaces centered on the second floor, and private primary suites occupying the upper level. Rooftop decks extended the living experience outdoors and provided additional space for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying views of the surrounding neighborhood and Seattle skyline.

Situated in the heart of Capitol Hill, the community offered convenient access to neighborhood dining, retail, parks, and transit while maintaining a more residential feel within one of Seattle’s most established urban neighborhoods.
