Designed in collaboration with Cone Architecture, the project was created to reflect Pacific Northwest character while incorporating modern layouts, durable materials, and efficient urban living. Located adjacent to Blackwood Homes’ Birch & Fir community, the development brought together a newly built single-family home, a fully renovated attached AADU, and a detached DADU.

The single-family residence offers approximately 1,651 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms. The home was designed with an efficient layout and features quartz countertops, LG appliances, engineered hardwood flooring, black finish selections, a private patio and yard space, and dedicated EV-capable parking.
